Our company handcrafts all products within 5-10 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Holiday Shipping will be displayed on the home page, as it varies every year. Please check the Home page message for details/

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary very slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

* hanging on a nail or appropriate hanging implement that can hold 20lbs.

* display in a dry space

* limiting amount of direct sunlight

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* packed or stored improperly

* left in direct sunlight or allowed to be wet

* handled roughly

Size chart (if applicable)

Please use our size chart to prevent errors in ordering.

5×7” or 8×10” refers to the frame ‘opening’, this does not account for the added inches of the frame.

Custom orders

Custom Orders are available as I have space in the schedule at this time. Please reach out to reserve a custom slot.

We can do slight variations (color) or custom back grounds for an added fee.

Our company ships through the following carriers, in this order of preference. Heavier packages with long distances will often ship UPS

* USPS Ground/Priority
* UPS

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We charge a low shipping rate to be fair to all customers. Any charges above this rate are covered by Squirrel Tacos. Purchases over $75 receive free shipping.

Timeline

Most orders will ship within 5 business days, orders during a collection launch or busy time of year for Squirrel Tacos can take up to 12 business days. Card orders often ship more quickly. Please reach out if you have a deadline, I am easy to work with on this.

RETURNS

We are a small business that handmakes each item. At this time we do not accept returns, but we do work to make sure you are very happy with your purchase. 

Shipping (in the event a return is absolutely necessary)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 391 Highland Avenue Carneys Point NJ 08069

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
